Choosing a therapist you like and trust is so important, so I offer a 15-minute consultation at no cost. This gives us both the chance to get to know each other, learn a bit about what you are looking for, and ask questions about the services I can provide.

Standard Fee: 

$80 per 50 minute session payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Insurance not accepted. 

Because I do not belong to an insurance panel, I cannot bill your insurance provider directly. However, if your policy covers Out-of-Network or Non-Preferred Providers, I'll be glad to supply a receipt you can try and submit for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so by phone by calling 702-829-0231 with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer that hour to someone else. If you do not show for your appointment, or if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the standard fee for your missed session.

*During the first session you will have a chance to review the Informed Consent, a standard document which details your rights as a patient.

You may fill out the first two forms and bring them in to your first appointment. If you don't, no sweat I'll have you fill them out in the office before your appointment time.
